Media can be tracked against different geographical locations for your company, and is designed to be personalised in that only relevant information is visible to individuals. Mediastate has International support and can be used in most English speaking countries. Media can be tracked across multiple locations for your company, as well as multiple off-site storage providers if required. Automatic expiry notifications will remind you of when backup media should be destroyed/recycled, helping you reduce your off-site storage costs. Built in security allows you to control which users have access to the various areas of Mediastate. Using Internet Information Server and Microsoft's SQL databases, you can scale your solution from a single user to the enterprise.
